General information about Olde Hansa
Olde Hansa is an internationally renowned medieval experience restaurant that has been operating in the heart of the Old Town of Tallinn for the past 20 years.
The authentic medieval experience is created through a combination of dishes cooked according to 700-year-old recipes, an interior design that is true to the time, servants that speak how language would have been spoken during the Medieval Times and musicians that play medieval music.

Menu
All our dishes are carefully researched from authentic medieval documents and reflect – as closely as possible – the dining that a wealthy household from the 15th century would prepare. Potatoes and tomatoes – to name but two foods – were not
yet part of the European diet – still awaiting their arrival from the New World.
We use only local, high quality products from estonian farmers and suppliers.
Diets
We can provide gluten and lactose free menu, also vegeterian or vegan menus.
Entertainment
The medieval musicians are playing from Wednesdays to Saturdays from 18.00-21.00. For bigger groups we can arrange festive feasts with herald and musicians.
FOC policy
We can provide one FOC for every 20th guest. FOC is available only tourleader, guides or busdrivers.
If you have more than 1 FOC per 20 guest than feasts are -50%.

You are very welcome to bring us your new copartners to inspect the restaurant. We can offer special prices for these occasions.
