EXPLORER’S LUNCHEON
Start serving from 12 guests, maximum 50 guests
- The lunch menu is served every day until 5 PM
- For one group the same course selection has to be chosen
- The duration of this meal is 1 – 1,5 hour (depending on the size of the group)
- Minimum group size 12 guests, maximum size is 50 guests. For larger groups, consult the sales specialist.
- For the preparation, menu choice has to be confirmed at least 2 workdays before the luncheon
- Three Course Lunch: 36 € (includes VAT)
APPETIZERS ARE:
- Earl´s forest mushroom soup with Herb-bread with nuts and Castle`s fresh cheese or Olderman’s Forest Game Soup with House Master’s Sourdough Bread and
Garlic Dream (whole table must choose the same option)
FOR THE MAIN COURSE:
- Grand Leg of Venice Duck in Saffron sauce (stewed in goose grease) or Grilled Salmon in forrest mushroom sauce (whole table must choose the same option)
FOR THE DESSERT:
- Velvety Delight of the
Nobility – Rose Pudding with rose leaves
The menu includes spring water, coffee/tea.

- The feast is served until 5 PM
- The duration of this feast is 1 hour
- Minimum group size 6 guests
- One hour feast: 34 € (includes VAT)

DESSERT TO BE TAKEN WITH:

The feast includes a glass of spring water, a cup of coffee/tea for every guest.
Beverage package which includes one drink of the following:
- 20 cl Olde Hansa Weiss Originalis, lightly spiced white house wine
- 20 cl Olde Hansa Rot Originalis, lightly spiced red house wine
- 0,5 l medieval flavoured house beer or any other 0,5 l beer from our beverage list

MONK’S TASTING

- Reservation time 11am-2pm
- Duration: from 1,5 hour
- Minimum tasting time for the group smaller than 20 guests is 30 minutes
- Price for beer tasting with the snacks per person: 33 € (includes VAT)

- 1X 4CL Monk’s Bride Schnapps
